Sandeep Acharya no more: Sonu Nigam, Shreya Ghoshal and Farah Khan offer condolences!
The 29-year-old singer, winner of Indian Idol 2 was suffering from jaundice for almost a fortnight, apparently this young singer neglected his health
Sandeep Acharya, who won the second season of Indian Idol in 2006, passed away at a Gurgaon hospital today. The singer was critical and had to be admitted to a local hospital in Bikaner. When Sandeep failed to show progress, he was shifted to Gurgaon, which is where he breathed his last at 9am today. Sandeep is survived by his wife and a one-month-old daughter. His last rites will be performed at his hometown in Bikaner.
Tinsel town celebs have expressed their shock at the sudden death of this talented singer. Many took to the mic-blogging site to offer condolences.
Sandeep had received his Indian Idol 2 trophy from the very talented Deewana singer. And the news of Acharya’s demise hasn’t sunk in as yet for Sonu Nigam.
